He joins\u00a0Under Armour\u00a0from\u00a0Samsonite Group S.A., where he has served as EVP and CFO since 2018, overseeing global finance, accounting, investor relations, treasury, internal audit, and mergers and acquisitions. During his tenure, he led major financial and operational transformations, resulting in record gross margins and EBITDA margins.<\/p>\n Before joining Samsonite,\u00a0Mr. Taleghani\u00a0served as President and CFO at\u00a0Brightstar Corp., a SoftBank portfolio company, where he led its device protection and financial services divisions and managed key international acquisitions. He spent over 15 years at J.P. Morgan, holding senior roles in investment banking, commercial banking and asset management, and served as President and CEO of Sterling Airlines A\/S in\u00a0Copenhagen.\u00a0Mr. Taleghani\u00a0earned a JD\/MBA from\u00a0Villanova University\u00a0and dual bachelor’s degrees from\u00a0Brown University.\u00a0<\/p>\n
