Realme GT 8 Pro launch is expected soon and the company has set the stage by bringing the new Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0 version this week. It will be coming with the latest GT 8 Pro model out of the box but older Realme phones will be getting the update over the next few months. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Realme UI 7.0 teases the design elements and the UI of the new software and just like other brands, this update will also have traces of glass elements that will remind people of the Liquid Glass interface on iOS 26. Realme has shared the timeline for which devices will be getting the UI 7 beta update and when.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Realme UI 7 Update: New Features And Design Changes<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Realme has confirmed its own Light Glass design that the Android 16-based version will offer in terms of the interface changes. It claims the new element will make the UI more fluid and transparent. <\/span><\/p>\n

Y<\/span>ou will see new app icon designs that compliment the refreshed interface language that more or less picks up the cues for Material Expressive 3 UI from Google. Even the notification center gets a redesign that comes in frosted and translucent finish. And yes, the lock screen customisations are in the package as well.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Realme UI 7 also brings a wide range of themes, font styles and better way to use the Always-on Display feature. You also have support for Live Photos and some AI-powered effects for the wallpapers. The company is bringing AI features and tools to the devices that will be compatible with select older models. It also now lets you connect Realme phones with Apple Watch and iPhone models, which is helpful to sync data, get call and message alerts.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
