Shafali Verma emerged as the match\u2019s top performer, hitting a career-best 87 off 78 balls to help India record an impressive 298-7 after deciding to bat first. Deepti Sharma\u2019s spectacular spell of 5 for 39 secured the victory. The side managed to dismiss South Africa for 246 in 45.3 overs, despite Laura Wolvaardt\u2019s courageous century (101 off 98 balls).
