(File)<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n<\/div>\nCongress MP Karti Chidambaram on Friday differed with party president Mallikarjun Kharge\u2019s latest call to ban the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), saying such a move would neither be practical nor sustainable in today\u2019s political and legal framework.<\/p>\nThe Lok Sabha MP from Sivaganga said that he does not agree with the political ideology of the RSS and the BJP, but such a demand is clearly not going to be accepted, as it won\u2019t be practical or legally viable in the present context.<\/p>\n\u201cThis kind of request obviously is not going to be acceded to. There was a time when the RSS was banned, and then the ban was revoked. Congress MP Karti Chidambaram on Friday differed with party president Mallikarjun Kharge\u2019s latest call to ban the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), saying such a move would neither be practical nor sustainable in today\u2019s political and legal framework.<\/p>\n
