Shehnaaz Gill is currently busy promoting her recently released film Ikk Kudi. The actress, who rose to fame with her stint in Bigg Boss 13, admitted that she doesn\u2019t yet consider herself a success in the industry. She reflected on her trajectory in Bollywood stating that even a big-break film doesn\u2019t automatically mean the journey is complete.<\/p>\n

\u201cI do not feel that I have \u2018made it\u2019 yet. I want to be the one who creates a name that even my child can be proud of,” Shehnaaz<\/a> said during her appearance on Zoom Spotlight Sessions.<\/p>\n

The actress explained that she is a firm believer in being grounded, learning from each day and growing with patience. To her, fame is ephemeral but real success takes a long time and cannot be done without patience.<\/p>\n

\u201cAbhi Naam Banana Hai,” Says Shehnaaz on Success<\/strong><\/p>\n

During a part of the interview, Shehnaaz revealed her heartfelt views about her career position. She expressed, \u201cI\u2019ve not done anything yet, let my film Ikk Kudi release and then we\u2019ll see how far I\u2019m at. I still have to work ahead, this success, fame, this is not enough\u2026 I have to make a name now.”<\/p>\n

Comparing her success with Bollywood legends, the actress added, \u201cI have not become Shah Rukh Khan to say that I am a successful person. SRK can say that \u2018I am a successful person\u2019. Salman Khan can say that I\u2019m a successful person. I can\u2019t say it. I will get judged for it because I haven\u2019t reached anywhere.”<\/p>\n

Her comments are a mixture of humility and self-awareness which implies that she is more focused on her personal development rather than settling.<\/p>\n

Shehnaaz\u2019s \u2018Ikk Kudi\u2019 Released in Theatres<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shehnaaz Gill\u2019s Punjabi social drama Ikk Kudi released in theatres today, October 31. Not only this film marked her comeback as an actor, but also her debut as a producer, a totally new milestone in her career expansion.<\/p>\n

Besides Shehnaaz, the film also features Nirmal Rishi, Harby Sangha and Udaybir Sandhu in key roles. The woman-centric story aims to expose the trials faced by the young woman as she deals with societal pressure and marriage expectations.<\/p>\n
