BEL Q2 Results 2025:<\/strong> State-owned Bharat Electronics Ltd on Friday reported a 17.78 per cent year-on-year (YoY) jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 1,287.16 crore for the second quarter ended September 30 (Q2 FY26). Its revenue from operations during July-September 2025 surged 25.8 per cent to Rs 5,792.09 crore, compared with Rs 4,604.90 crore in the year-ago period.<\/p>\n

Its net profit had stood at Rs 1,092.78 crore in the corresponding period last year, according to a regulatory filing.<\/p>\n

On a quarterly basis, BEL\u2019s net profit surged 32.82 per cent as compared with Rs 969.05 crore in Q1 FY26.<\/p>\n

On a standalone basis, Bharat Electronics Ltd\u2019s net profit rose 17.85% YoY to Rs 1,286 crore as compared to Rs 1,091.27 crore reported in the year-ago period.<\/p>\n

At the operational level, its Ebitda during the September 2025 quarter increased 22 per cent to Rs 1,695.6 crore from Rs 1,388 crore, while its Ebitda margin fell to 29.42% from 30.30% YoY. Ebitda stands for earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation.<\/p>\n

After the results announcement, shares of BEL jumped 2.76% to trade at Rs 421.5 apiece on the NSE, as of 1:18 pm.<\/p>\n

BEL\u2019s order book as on October 1, 2025, stood at Rs 74,453 crore.<\/p>\n

BEL Bags Rs 732-Crore Defence Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

A day before the Q2 results, Navratna defence PSU Bharat Electronics Ltd (BEL) on Thursday announced fresh defence orders worth Rs 732 crore since its last disclosure on October 22, 2025.<\/p>\n

The newly secured contracts cover a wide range of advanced defence and technology systems, including Software Defined Radios (SDRs), tank sub-systems, communication equipment, missile components, financial management software, cybersecurity solutions, upgrades, spares, and related services.<\/p>\n

In addition, BEL had earlier received a major order worth \u20b9633 crore on October 22, 2025, from Cochin Shipyard Limited. The contract involves supplying critical components for sensors, weapon systems, fire control mechanisms, and communication equipment.<\/p>\n
