BLACKPINK\u2019s global icon Jisoo has made yet another power move in the world of luxury real estate. The singer and actress, known for her impeccable taste and business acumen, has reportedly bought an ultra-luxurious villa in Seoul\u2019s Gangnam district, one of South Korea\u2019s most exclusive and high-value neighbourhoods.<\/p>\n

According to reports dated October 29, 2025, Jisoo\u2019s new residence is located in L\u2019ARBRE 27, a private and highly secure complex that has quickly become a coveted address among South Korea\u2019s most powerful personalities.<\/p>\n

HYBE Founder Bang Si Hyuk Will Be Jisoo\u2019s Neighbour<\/p>\n

Adding even more buzz to the purchase, it has been revealed that HYBE founder and BTS mastermind Bang Si Hyuk will also reside in the same complex, making him Jisoo\u2019s soon-to-be neighbour. The L\u2019ARBRE 27 property is made up of only 27 exclusive villas, each designed for maximum privacy, comfort, and architectural sophistication.<\/p>\n

Reports state that every unit in the development has already been sold out \u2014 a testament to its desirability among Korea\u2019s business and entertainment elites. Penthouse units in the complex are priced at around 45 billion KRW (approximately 31.6 million USD), while standard villas are estimated at 20 billion KRW (around 14 million USD).<\/p>\n

The twin-tower property will feature five underground and seven above-ground levels, with completion scheduled soon. Residents including Jisoo and Bang Si Hyuk are expected to move in once construction wraps up.<\/p>\n

Jisoo\u2019s Expanding Real Estate Empire<\/strong><\/p>\n

This latest investment adds to Jisoo\u2019s impressive portfolio of luxury holdings. She already owns property in Hannam The Hill, one of Seoul\u2019s most prestigious addresses, which is also home to BTS\u2019s Jin and actor So Ji Sub.<\/p>\n

Beyond her music and acting career, Jisoo has also displayed her entrepreneurial flair through BLISSOO, the company she co-founded with her brother. The brand\u2019s office is also located in the high-profile Hannam area, underscoring her strong presence in both business and lifestyle circles.<\/p>\n
