The answer is yes. While the government is barred from announcing new schemes, it can continue disbursing payments under previously approved programmes, such as PM-Kisan, according to <em>financialexpress.com<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"27\" class=\"story_para_27\">This means that once the technical formalities between the state and central governments are completed, the funds may be credited to farmers\u2019 accounts as usual.<\/p>\n<p id=\"28\" class=\"story_para_28\">Meanwhile, it is necessary for the farmers to check eligibility, complete KYC, and check beneficiary status.
