Bank Holidays In November 2025<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

Bank Holiday In November 2025:<\/strong> Banks across India will observe several public and regional holidays in November 2025 under the RBI holiday calendar. These holidays are not uniform nationwide and vary from state to state. That means on some dates, banks in certain states will remain closed, while in others, they will function normally.<\/p>\n

During bank holidays, customers can continue to access services through net banking, mobile banking, UPI, and ATMs. However, cheque clearing and other over-the-counter services under the Negotiable Instruments Act will not be available.<\/p>\n

Full Bank Holiday List In November 2025<\/h3>\n

November 01 (Saturday): Kannada Rajyothsava\/Igas-Bagwal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Banks in the following states will be closed: Uttarakhand and Karnataka. Other than the mentioned states, banks will continue their operations as normal.<\/p>\n

November 1 marks Kannada Rajyotsava, the formation day of Karnataka, celebrating the state\u2019s rich culture, language, and heritage.<\/p>\n

On the same day, Igas-Bagwal, also known as the \u201cFestival of Lights of the Gods,” is celebrated in parts of Uttarakhand.<\/p>\n

November 05 (Wednesday): Guru Nanak Jayanti\/Kartika Purnima\/Rahas Purnima<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti, banks in the following states will be closed: Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Arunachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Meghalaya, New Delhi, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Kerala, Nagaland, Mizoram.<\/p>\n

November 06 (Thursday): Nongkrem Dance<\/strong><\/p>\n

Banks will only be closed in Meghalaya.<\/p>\n

The Nongkrem Dance Festival is a traditional harvest celebration of the Khasi tribe in Meghalaya. Held annually near Shillong, it\u2019s a five-day event.<\/p>\n

November 07 (Friday): Wangala Festival<\/strong><\/p>\n

Banks will only be closed in Meghalaya.<\/p>\n

The Wangala Festival, also known as the 100 Drums Festival, is one of the most important harvest celebrations of the Garo tribe in Meghalaya.<\/p>\n

November 08 (Saturday): Kanakadasa Jayanthi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Banks in Karnataka will be closed on this day.<\/p>\n

Kanakadasa Jayanthi marks the birth anniversary of Sri Kanakadasa, a 16th-century poet, philosopher, and saint from Karnataka.<\/p>\n

November 01 (First Saturday): Banks will be opened except in two states: Uttarakhand & Karnataka<\/p>\n

November 02 (Sunday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 08 (Second Saturday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 09 (Sunday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 15 (Third Saturday): Banks will be opened across India.<\/p>\n

November 16 (Sunday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 22 (Fourth Saturday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 23 (Sunday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n

November 29 (Fifth Saturday): Banks across India will be opened.<\/p>\n

November 30 (Sunday): Banks across India will be closed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
