Jhanak, featuring Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja, is all set to undergo a dramatic generation leap. This means the beloved lead actors will bid farewell to the show, leaving fans disappointed. With this change, the makers aim to boost TRP ratings. Ever since the announcement was made, fans have been speculating about the new faces who would be replacing the lead actors.<\/p>\n

While names like Erica Fernandes and Zohaib Siddiqui were initially in talks, the actors who will be headlining the show have finally been confirmed. Any guesses? The latest developments reveal that the production house has locked in three leads for their serial. Filmibeat, in its report, mentioned that Arjit Taneja, Twinkle Arora, and Riya Sharma have been finalised as the new leads.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe channel and the production house have made up their mind to introduce a generation leap after IPL 2025. Star Plus has issued a diktat to the production house to increase the ratings or shut shop. Jhanak is doing well in terms of ratings at the 10:30 pm slot; however, the channel is unhappy with the numbers. They want the show to generate at least 2 TVRs in the late-night slot. One has to consider that shows like Jaadu Teri Nazar, Anupama, and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have also witnessed a massive drop in their viewership. It seems the channel is only focusing on Jhanak, which is a bit unfair,” reported the media outlet.<\/p>\n
