Anju wasn’t discouraged. She put her mind to work and came up with a brilliant idea. She transformed basil into pesto dip and began selling it in small shops around the city under the name Wingreens Farms. Gradually, it became a miracle! Anju realised that healthy, authentic dips and sauces like those in America simply weren’t sold in India. She launched over 20 varieties and continued to support farmers.
