Sunjay, a businessman and Polo enthusiast, tragically died earlier this year at the age of 52 after reportedly swallowing a bee during a game in England, leading to a fatal anaphylactic shock.<\/p>\n

While the late industrialist\u2019s inheritance dispute has taken a complex legal turn, Karisma chose to spend the festival in peace at home. Sharing a photo of herself dressed in a pastel pink ethnic outfit, she simply captioned her post \u201cPositivity (sic),” as she lit an earthen lamp with her children.<\/p>\n

Her sister, actress Kareena Kapoor Khan, was among the first to comment, writing, \u201cThe strongest girl in the world my sister \u2764\ufe0f\u2764\ufe0f only positivity to you, my Sam and Kiu (sic).” Kareena\u2019s sister-in-law Saba Pataudi also extended warmth with a brief but heartfelt comment: \u201cTight hug!”<\/p>\n

Estate Feud Deepens Over Disputed Will<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Rs 30,000 crore inheritance dispute between Karisma\u2019s children and Sunjay\u2019s wife Priya Sachdev Kapur continues to dominate headlines. Priya\u2019s counsel Rajiv Nayar argued in court that the children\u2019s challenge to the will was \u201cnon-existent,” claiming, \u201cThe only grounds to contest a will are if the deceased was not of sound mind, was under coercion, or was incapable of executing it \u2014 none of which apply here.”<\/p>\n

According to reports, Priya has inherited 75% of the estate, while Karisma\u2019s children have a 25% share. However, Senior Advocate Mahesh Jethmalani, representing Karisma\u2019s family, pointed out \u201cglaring errors” in the will \u2014 including the repeated use of feminine pronouns such as \u201cshe” and \u201cher,” calling it \u201can absurdity.” He remarked, \u201cSunjay Kapur has signed this Will as a woman. It is replete with feminine pronouns. Unless Sunjay was of unsound mind, he could never have signed this.”<\/p>\n
