Tamannaah Bhatia, fondly known as the \u2018Milky Beauty\u2019 in the South Indian film industry, has always left fans curious about the secret behind her flawless skin. Recently, she made a surprising revelation that\u2019s left the internet buzzing. In an interaction with The Lallantop, Tamannaah shared a rather unconventional skincare ritual: she uses her morning saliva on her face to avoid pimples and it must be done before brushing her teeth.<\/p>\n

When Tamannaah casually mentioned this morning ritual during the interview, the room collectively gasped. Even the host appeared visibly stunned. \u201cBefore brushing, just thook (spit),” she laughed, leaving everyone in splits. But she was serious and it turns out she\u2019s not alone in this.<\/p>\n

As clips from the interview went viral, many social media users came forward to agree with Tamannaah\u2019s unique hack. One fan commented, \u201cI thought I was the only one doing that,” while another added, \u201cShe is true, using this hack since years.” Some even claimed the method works for eye infections as well, citing old household remedies. \u201cThe saliva immediately after you wake up\u2026 use it for eye infection\u2026 it works there too,” read one comment.<\/p>\n

However, not everyone is convinced. Several users raised concerns about the scientific validity of the trick. One sceptical user explained, \u201cSaliva does have antibacterial enzymes, but they are not strong enough to treat acne-causing bacteria effectively. Pimples are caused by more than just bacteria\u2014clogged pores, excess oil, and inflammation play a big part. Saliva doesn\u2019t fix those.”<\/p>\n

Despite the polarising opinions, the conversation sparked by Tamannaah\u2019s beauty secret has been an interesting mix of surprise, nostalgia, and debate. Whether you believe in the \u201cmorning spit remedy” or not, it certainly makes for a memorable skincare confession.<\/p>\n

On the work front, Tamannaah was recently seen grooving to the track Nasha from Raid 2. She will next be seen opposite Ajay Devgn in Ranger. Additionally, she is also working on TVF\u2019s ambitious mythological project Vvan alongside Sidharth Malhotra. <\/p>\n
