Stocks To Watch Today, October 21:<\/strong> A special one-hour Muhurat trading session on both the BSE and the NSE will take place between 1:45 pm and 2:45 pm today, October 21, with a pre-opening session from 1:30 pm to 1:45 pm. Here are some of the stocks to watch today based on developments from major fundraises and regulatory actions to board appointments and bulk deals.<\/p>\n

Q2 Results Today<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jain Resource Recycling, Julien Agro Infratech, and Netripples Software will announce their quarterly results today.<\/p>\n

Results on October 22<\/strong><\/p>\n

Epack Prefab Technologies and Gamco will release their quarterly earnings on October 22.<\/p>\n

Quarterly Earnings<\/strong><\/p>\n

Geojit Financial Services Q2 (Consolidated YoY): <\/strong>Profit plunged 59.1% to Rs 23.5 crore from Rs 57.4 crore, while revenue dropped 22.3% to Rs 169.8 crore from Rs 218.5 crore.<\/p>\n

Stocks to Watch<\/strong><\/p>\n

Axis Bank:<\/strong> The Reserve Bank of India has approved the appointment of Neeraj Gambhir as Executive Director for a three-year term effective October 20. Earlier in July, the bank\u2019s board had cleared his appointment as Whole-time Director.<\/p>\n

Marathon Nextgen Realty:<\/strong> The company, in partnership with Adani Realty, has announced Monte South Commercial, a landmark office and retail project in Byculla, Mumbai. The development spans 1.2 million sq ft, with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 3,400 crore.<\/p>\n

State Bank of India (SBI):<\/strong> The bank has raised Rs 7,500 crore through the issuance of non-convertible Tier 2 bonds at a coupon rate of 6.93%. Each debenture carries a face value of Rs 1 crore.<\/p>\n

National Securities Depository (NSDL):<\/strong> SEBI has accepted the company\u2019s Revised Settlement Terms (RST) recommended by the High-Powered Advisory Committee. The market regulator has directed NSDL to remit a settlement amount of Rs 15.57 crore within 30 days and comply with non-monetary terms related to certain non-compliances found during FY2023\u201324 inspection.<\/p>\n

Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing:<\/strong> The company has commissioned two new facilities, a precision engineering unit (Unit 3) and a fabrication facility (Unit 4), in Bengaluru, expanding its total manufacturing footprint to 2,43,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n

Manali Petrochemicals:<\/strong> AMCHEM SG, a wholly owned overseas arm of Manali Petrochemicals, has entered into a share purchase agreement with COIM S.p.A. \u2013 Chimica Organica Industriale Milanese for the sale of its entire stake in Notedome, UK, a wholly owned step-down subsidiary.<\/p>\n

Precision Wires India:<\/strong> The board has approved the allotment of 27.67 lakh equity shares at Rs 151 per share, worth Rs 41.78 crore, upon conversion of warrants. The balance 75% of the issue price, amounting to Rs 31.33 crore, has been received from non-promoter allottees.<\/p>\n

Bulk Deals<\/strong><\/p>\n

RBL Bank:<\/strong> BNP Paribas Financial Markets bought 1.18 crore shares (1.9% stake) at Rs 317.85 per share, valuing the deal at Rs 377.35 crore.<\/p>\n

Bliss GVS Pharma:<\/strong> Mateus purchased 26 lakh shares at Rs 150.6 per share (Rs 39.15 crore) from Arian Investment, which held 7.43% in the firm as of September 2025.<\/p>\n

DCB Bank:<\/strong> Infinity Asset Advisors sold 16.54 lakh shares (0.52% stake) at Rs 145.18 per share, totalling Rs 24.01 crore.<\/p>\n

South Indian Bank:<\/strong> Aditya Kumar Halwasiya acquired 2.01 crore shares (0.76% stake) at Rs 35.24 per share, for Rs 70.83 crore.<\/p>\n

LT Elevator:<\/strong> India Max Investment Fund offloaded 1.44 lakh shares (0.75% stake) at Rs 134.08 per share, for Rs 1.93 crore.<\/p>\n
