The idea is to reclaim festive abundance by choosing cleaner ingredients and mindful preparation.<\/p>\n<h4>Doctor-Approved Sweet Swaps For A Healthier Diwali<\/h4>\n<p id=\"3\" class=\"story_para_3\"><strong>1. Skip market laddoos, make them at home<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"4\" class=\"story_para_4\">Instead of store-bought boondi laddoo, which can pack over 700 grams of sugar per kilo, Dr Chopra recommends homemade besan laddoos made with A2 ghee and organic jaggery.
