iPhone users have got some useful features with the iOS 26 update, and one of them is the charging to 80 percent notification on the home screen. However, if you do see the \u2018Slow charger\u2019 alert while charging the iPhone, it means you might have to switch or upgrade to a new charger that offers faster speeds.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

iPhone \u2018Slow Charger\u2019 Alert: What You Should Do?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

This is an important switch for many iPhone users who may have prolonged using their older iPhone chargers to avoid getting a new one. But with the recent charging speed upgrades, iPhones also need a newer brick to give you the best results. And if that does not happen, you will see the slow charger alert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For those not aware, iPhones now support up to 30W charging speed with the right adapter and a USB C cable. If you have this combo, the iPhones running on iOS 26 update will tell you how much time it will take for the device to reach 80 percent battery. If you have neither of those with you, be ready to see the slow charger alert pop-up on the home screen. This happens even if you wireless charge the iPhone using a slower wireless Qi charging unit.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The company is planning for a big October 2025 event which will not be hosted as an in-person or a streamed event. Instead, we could see the brand launch a new iPad Pro M5 model, a MacBook Pro M5 version and a new Vision Pro headset, as mentioned by Bloomberg in its report. <\/span><\/p>\n
