In the second list of 12 candidates released for the upcoming Bihar elections, BJP has fielded former IPS officer Anand Mishra from Buxar.<\/p>\nFormer IPS officer and BJP\u2019s candidate from Buxar, Anand Mishra tells ANI, \u201cThat (joining Jan Suraaj initially) was a wrong step taken by me. It has become like a scar for me now. It suffocates me when people ask me about my time there.”<\/p>\nOn Jan Suraaj Founder Prashant Kishor not contesting election, he says, \u201cI knew this from the beginning. I always knew that this will never happen. He is playing his role as a consultant for Jan Suraaj. It is good. If someone does something he is built for, he will always excel.
