Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, who is known for being friendly with his fans, had a slightly awkward moment at the Mumbai airport on Friday. Akshay was travelling with his daughter Nitara Bhatia when fans gathered around to greet him and click selfies. While he happily posed for several pictures, one fan got a little too close and placed a hand on his shoulder, prompting the actor to respond firmly. The encounter, caught on camera, quickly went viral.<\/p>\n

On Friday, Akshay Kumar was spotted arriving at the Mumbai airport with his daughter Nitara Bhatia. As usual, fans gathered around to greet the actor and take pictures. While the actor initially obliged and smiled for photos, one fan placed his hand on Akshay\u2019s shoulder while clicking a selfie, something the actor clearly did not appreciate.<\/p>\n

Reacting immediately, Akshay was heard saying, \u201cHaath niche, haath mat rakho.” The fan quickly pulled his hand away, after which Akshay maintained his composure and walked into the terminal without further comment.<\/p>\n

Akshay was last seen in Jolly LLB 3, which reunited him with Arshad Warsi in the courtroom comedy franchise directed by Subhash Kapoor. The film also featured Huma Qureshi, Amrita Rao, Gajraj Rao, and Saurabh Shukla in important roles.<\/p>\n

Up next, the actor will be seen in Bhoot Bangla, a horror-comedy directed by Priyadarshan. Interim relief in Personality Rights case<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bombay High Court recently s<\/a>aid that it would issue an ad-interim order in favour of actor Akshay Kumar, shielding him from the unauthorised use of his image and likeness through deepfake videos and AI-generated content. The court noted that such misuse \u201cnot only hurts his stature but has huge consequences,” highlighting the growing concern over digital impersonation in the entertainment industry.<\/p>\n

The case was heard by Justice Arif Doctor, who was presiding over a civil suit filed by the actor, legally known as Akshay Hari Om Bhatia, seeking to restrain individuals and entities from commercially exploiting his persona without consent.<\/p>\n

Appearing on behalf of the actor, Senior Advocate Birendra Saraf emphasised that the issue extends beyond Kumar\u2019s personal grievance. \u201cThese acts cause grave and irreparable harm to the plaintiff\u2019s goodwill and reputation, dilute his personality and publicity rights, mislead the public, and amount to passing off, unfair competition, and unjust enrichment,” the plea stated.<\/p>\n

Kumar\u2019s petition outlines a series of incidents involving the misuse of his name, screen name \u2018Akshay Kumar,\u2019 image, voice, and mannerisms through fake videos, deceptive advertisements, and counterfeit merchandise. Such materials have surfaced across major social media and digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and multiple e-commerce websites.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
