Canara Robeco AMC IPO opens on October 09.<\/p>\n<\/figure>\n

Canara Robeco AMC IPO:<\/strong> Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited, a wealth management subsidiary of Canara Bank, will open its initial public offering (IPO) on Thursday, October 09, 2025. The three-day subscription window will remain open until Monday, October 13, 2025. The AMC is raising Rs 1,326.13 crore via OFS.<\/p>\n

The issue comprises purely an offer for sale of up to 49,854,357 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholders.<\/p>\n

The Offer for Sale comprises up to 25,924,266 Equity Shares by Canara Bank and up to 23,930,091 Equity Shares by ORIX Corporation Europe N.V.<\/p>\n

Canara Robeco AMC IPO<\/h3>\n

The price band for the Offer is at \u20b9 253 to \u20b9 266 per Equity Share. Bids can be made for a minimum of 56 Equity Shares and in multiples of 56 Equity Shares of face value of \u20b910 each thereafter.<\/p>\n

SBI Capital Markets Limited, Axis Capital Limited and JM Financial Limited are the book running lead managers to the Offer.<\/p>\n

The shares will be listed on BSE and NSE, likely on Thursday, October 16, 2025. The allotment will be done likely, Tuesday, on October 14, 2025.<\/p>\n

Canara Robeco AMC IPO GMP<\/h3>\n

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Canara Robeco AMC Ltd are currently trading at Rs 266 apiece, compared with the upper IPO price of Rs Rs 266. It means a grey market premium (GMP) of nil.<\/p>\n

The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. \u2018Grey market premium\u2019 indicates investors\u2019 readiness to pay more than the issue price.<\/p>\n
