A single palm from the original grove still stands tall in the backyard, almost like a family sentinel. Visitors are greeted by broad laterite steps and Burma-teak doors adorned with brass studs. Inside, the threshold opens into an airy atrium crowned by a skylight, where a 300-kg granite tulsi katta anchors the space. Surrounding it are four alcoves displaying a fascinating mix of Yakshagana masks, a Kantara rifle prop, and a cricket bat signed by Yuvraj Singh.<\/p>\n

One playful quirk? Step on a specific black stone in the northeast corner, and a hidden sound system bursts into a seven-second Bhoota Kola chant.<\/p>\n

The private screening room feels like an extension of Rishab himself \u2013 artsy, immersive, and proudly regional. Plush Italian recliners face a retractable 150-inch screen, while a chandelier made from reclaimed Mangalorean tiles scatters amber light across the room.
