Stocks to Watch on September 30:<\/strong> Markets kicked off the week on a volatile note and closed nearly flat, pausing after the recent downturn. While concerns over recent US policy actions have eased slightly, persistent foreign fund outflows and caution ahead of the RBI\u2019s MPC meeting continue to weigh on investor sentiment.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe believe oversold positions may now lead to some consolidation in the Nifty, with strong support around the 24,400\u201324,500 zone and resistance at 24,800\u201325,000. In the meantime, participants should focus on selective stock opportunities aligned with sectoral trends while keeping position sizes under check,” said Ajit Mishra, SVP \u2013 Research, Religare Broking.<\/p>\n

Here are the key stocks likely to be in focus today:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Larsen & Toubro (L&T)<\/h3>\n

L&T announced that it has secured a $700 million Sustainability-Linked Trade Facility (SLTF) from Standard Chartered, bolstering its green financing initiatives.<\/p>\n

Indian Railway Finance Corporation (IRFC)<\/h3>\n

The state-owned company said it has signed two major loan agreements worth \u20b916,489 crore to finance upcoming supercritical thermal power projects in Haryana and Maharashtra.<\/p>\n

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M)<\/h3>\n

M&M revealed it has signed a share purchase agreement with Tera Yatirim Teknoloji Holding Anonim Sirketi (TERA) to divest its entire stake in Sampo Rosenlew Oy.<\/p>\n

Tata Motors<\/h3>\n

Moody\u2019s Ratings revised Tata Motors\u2019 outlook to negative from positive after a cyberattack at its UK subsidiary, Jaguar Land Rover, caused a complete production shutdown.<\/p>\n

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL)<\/h3>\n

The Navratna defence PSU said it has bagged fresh orders worth \u20b91,092 crore in the past 15 days, including contracts for EW system upgrades, defence network enhancements, tank sub-systems, TR modules, communication equipment, EVMs, and related spares and services.<\/p>\n

JSW Infrastructure (JSW Infra)<\/h3>\n

JSW Infra disclosed that its subsidiary, Ennore Coal Terminal Private Limited (ECTPL), has received a show-cause notice from GST authorities over alleged tax violations totalling \u20b996.58 crore.<\/p>\n

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders<\/h3>\n

The government-owned shipbuilder announced a final dividend of \u20b92.71 per share for FY25.<\/p>\n

Tata Steel<\/h3>\n

Tata Steel, Tata Steel Nederland, the Dutch Government, and the Province of North Holland signed a non-binding Joint Letter of Intent (JLoI) to start the first phase of transitioning to low-CO\u2082 steel production and improving the living environment around its IJmuiden facility.<\/p>\n

Reliance Power<\/h3>\n

The company announced it has entered into an agreement to divest its entire shareholding in five Indonesian coal companies for a total consideration of $12 million.<\/p>\n

Thomas Cook (India)<\/h3>\n

The omnichannel travel services provider said it has partnered with the Ministry of Tourism (MoT) to improve destination experiences across India.<\/p>\n
