Deepika Padukone and Farah Khan have unfollowed each other on Instagram. Deepika was launched by Farah in Om Shanti Om, and they have maintained a close friendship over the years. Now, their Instagram activity has caught everyone\u2019s attention, and fans are confused if their relationship has soured. This comes at a time when Farah took several digs at Deepika\u2019s alleged 8-hour workday demands.<\/p>\n

While it is unclear when or why Deepika and Farah unfollowed one another, it is suggestive of a fallout. However, there is no confirmation on this yet. Farah Khan has also unfollowed Ranveer Singh, but the actor still follows the choreographer-filmmaker. Have a look here:<\/p>\n

Farah Khan Took Digs At Deepika Padukone\u2019s Alleged Demands<\/h2>\n

In one of her YouTube vlogs, Farah Khan visited Radhikka Madan when the latter recalled her first audition for Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi. When Farah asked, \u201cYou didn\u2019t have an 8-hour shift, I am guessing?”, Radhikka replied, \u201c56 hours non-stop or 48 hours non-stop.” At this point, Farah hinted that even she does not support an 8-hour work shift and shared, \u201cAise tapke hi toh sona banta hai (this is how gold is made).”<\/p>\n

More recently, Farah Khan visited Rohit Saraf\u2019s house with Dilip. The actor revealed that his mother appeared on camera for the first time for Farah\u2019s vlog and that she had made them wait for a year. Farah jokingly replied, \u201cHaan itna time toh Deepika Padukone ne nahi lagaya mujhe haan bolne mein.”<\/p>\n

Farah\u2019s cook Dilip then asked when Deepika Padukone will come to their show, to which Farah cheekily replied that she only shoots for 8 hours now, and doesn\u2019t have time to come on their vlog. \u201cDeepika Padukone ma\u2019am kab aayengi humare show main (when will Deepika ma\u2019am come to our show)?” asked Dilip.<\/p>\n

Farah replied, \u201cJiss din tu gaon jaayega naa uss din aayegi (the day you go to your village).” She further added, \u201cDeepika Padukone ab sirf 8 ghanta shoot karti hai, usko show pe aane ka time nahi hai (She now shoots only for 8 hours, she doesn\u2019t have time to come to our show).”<\/p>\n

For the unversed, Deepika Padukone hit the headlines recently after the makers of Prabhas starrer Kalki 2 announced that they have dropped the actress from the film. Earlier this year, her exit from Sandeep Reddy Vanga\u2019s Spirit also shocked fans. Several reports suggested that her demands, including eight-hour workdays, a high salary, and a share in the film\u2019s profits, did not sit well with director Vanga. Similar reasons were also reported about her ouster from Kalki 2.<\/p>\n
