Among these, the Sahiwal and Gir breeds are considered the leaders. Furthermore, their milk falls under the A2 category, which is more beneficial for health. The Gir breed originates from Gujarat, while the Sahiwal is a popular breed from Punjab. Both breeds are well-suited to the Indian climate and exhibit strong disease resistance.
