Stock Under Rs 300:<\/strong> Ashish Kacholia-backed smallcap chemical stock Fineotex Chemical Limited surged 16 per cent intraday on Thursday, September 25, following the board meeting announcement on September 27, 2025 to discuss an interim dividend, stock split and the issue of bonus.<\/p>\n

Around 11:00 am, Fineotex Chemical Limited shares traded at Rs 254.50 apiece with a gain of 9.73 per cent. The scrip saw a gap up opening of Rs 250 per share, against the previous day close at Rs 232.15 per share.<\/p>\n

The company informed in the filing, \u201c\u2026we would like to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 inter-alia to consider and approve; as followed:”<\/p>\n

1. The declaration of an Interim Dividend, if any.<\/p>\n

2. The alteration in the share capital of the Company by Sub division\/Split of existing equity shares having face value of Rs. 2\/- each fully paid up in such manner as may be determined by the Board of Directors and such authorities as may be required under Section 61 of the Companies Act, 2013.<\/p>\n

3. The issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Equity Shareholders of the Company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
