ONE Group, a Delhi-NCR-based realty developer, has announced the launch of its premium residential project, The Clermont, within its integrated township ONE City Hamlet in Sector 98, Mohali. The company targets a total revenue of around Rs 400 crore from the project, which recently received the RERA approval, according to a company statement.<\/p>\n

Spread across a built-up area of 4.75 lakh square feet, The Clermont will feature 216 units of 3BHK independent floors (Stilt + 4 storeys), with prices starting at Rs 1.60 crore. The developer said the project will be delivered within three years and is being constructed using modern aluminium formwork technology to ensure durability, quality, and timely execution, the company stated.<\/p>\n

Located adjacent to Sector 97\u2014where the Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is developing an urban forest modelled on Chandigarh\u2019s Rose Garden \u2014 the township aims to provide residents with green and healthier living environments. The larger 150-acre township comprises residential plots, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial spaces, ONE Group said.<\/p>\n

Commenting on the launch, Udit Jain, director of ONE Group, said, \u201cThe launch of The Clermont marks a significant milestone in our journey of shaping Mohali\u2019s real estate landscape. This project reflects our philosophy of combining modern design, robust construction, and community-centric living. With its location in ONE City Hamlet and proximity to the upcoming urban forest, The Clermont will offer residents a lifestyle rooted in transparency, sustainability, and wellbeing.”<\/p>\n

The township enjoys connectivity advantages, being just a 15-minute drive from Chandigarh Airport. Surrounded by 8-lane roads ranging between 130 and 200 feet wide, the development is positioned as a well-connected hub for aspirational homebuyers in the Tricity region.<\/p>\n

With this launch, ONE Group aims to strengthen its presence in Punjab\u2019s real estate sector, positioning The Clermont as a benchmark for premium housing in Mohali, it added.<\/p>\n
