Kapil Sharma\u2019s Canada cafe, named Cap\u2019s Cafe, reopened its doors for guests recently after a horrifying firing incident happened outside the eatery by unidentified individuals. Since the firing incident happened, Kapil Sharma hasn\u2019t given any direct reaction until today<\/a>, but almost a month after the reopening of the caf\u00e9, Kapil Sharma and his wife Ginni Chatrath have reacted to the incident with a video.<\/p>\n

Kapil Sharma, in a collab post with his wife Ginni, shared a video of officials visiting his caf\u00e9 as they enjoy a peaceful meal days after the incident and attached it with a caption making it clear that they do not support any sort of violence.<\/p>\n

While sharing the clip, Kapil and his wife wrote, \u201cThank you Mayor Brenda Locke, @surreypoliceservice and all the officials who visited @thekapscafe_ to show their love and support. United we stand against violence. We\u2019re truly grateful.”<\/p>\n

As soon as Kapil shared this post, his fans started reacting and sharing happy wishes to him. Vindu Dara Singh wrote, \u201cWill visit soon!” \u201cWow, this is so beautiful & amazing Kapil bhai!! Kabhi Canada aaoonga to yahan jarur visit karunga,” a fan wrote. Meanwhile, a third fan commented, \u201cIndian police family eating with US police\u2026 only at Kaps Caf\u00e9.”<\/p>\n

About the attack<\/strong><\/p>\n

On July 10, the newly opened caf\u00e9 owned by comedian Kapil Sharma<\/a> and his wife, Ginni Chatrath, was attacked. Several shots were fired at Kaps Caf\u00e9, which had recently celebrated a soft opening and gained attention for its elegant pink-and-white decor, floral accents, and a menu featuring artisan coffee and desserts. What began as a celebration quickly turned chaotic as the establishment was vandalised. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the property did suffer damage.<\/p>\n

Authorities suspect that the attack was a targeted strike by the Laddi gang, associated with the banned Khalistani terrorist group Babbar Khalsa International (BKI). Laddi is wanted in India for numerous terror-related offences and is believed to be the mastermind behind several recent attacks on Hindu leaders and pro-India individuals. As per a TellyChakkar report, Kapil was reportedly questioned by the Mumbai Police after the firing incident at his caf\u00e9 in Canada.<\/p>\n
