With this, the month of October has become one of the busiest months for tax professionals, as they face key GST, income tax return, and EPF\/ESIC due dates during the month.<\/p>\n<p id=\"1\" class=\"story_para_1\"><strong>Key Tax Due Dates In October 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"2\" class=\"story_para_2\">October now has several other compliance deadlines for taxpayers, including TDS deposits, quarterly statements, audit reports and ITR filing for businesses. Here are the key tax due dates in October 2025:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"listOncontentArticleUL\">\n<li>1. TDS\/TCS Compliances<\/li>\n<li>2. GST Compliances including Quarterly Returns<\/li>\n<li>3. ROC Compliances<\/li>\n<li>4. Tax Audit Report Date<\/li>\n<li>5. ITR Filing Date for Companies\/ Audit cases<\/li>\n<li>6. Originally, the due tax was September 30.<\/p>\n<p id=\"7\" class=\"story_para_7\">The move comes after the Rajasthan High Court and the Karnataka High Court directed the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) to extend the due date to submit tax audit reports (TARs) till October 31, 2025.
