Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO GMP Today:<\/strong> The initial public offering (IPO) of Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd has been closed today, Thursday, September 25. The price has been fixed at Rs 333-351 per share. On the final day of bidding on Thursday, the Rs 490-crore IPO received a strong 68.49x subscription, garnering bids for 52,58,89,560 equity shares against 76,78,062 equity shares on offer.<\/p>\n

The retail and NII participation stood at 51.69x and 68.21x, respectively. The QIB category was subscribed by 74.24x.<\/p>\n

Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO GMP Today<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd are currently trading at Rs 403 against the upper IPO price of Rs 351. It means a grey market premium or GMP of Rs 52, which is 14.81% over its issue price.<\/p>\n

The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. \u2018Grey market premium\u2019 indicates investors\u2019 readiness to pay more than the issue price.<\/p>\n

The IPO will be listed on both the BSE and the NSE.<\/p>\n

Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO Allotment Date & Listing Date<\/strong><\/p>\n

The allotment of the IPO will take place on Friday, September 26. Its listing will take place on September 30 on both the BSE and the NSE.<\/p>\n

Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IPO is a book-build issue of Rs 490 crore, comprising a combination of fresh issue of 1.25 crore shares aggregating to Rs 440 crore and an offer for sale of 0.14 crore share aggregating to Rs 50 crore.<\/p>\n

Its price band has been fixed at Rs 333 to Rs 351 per share. The lot size for an application is 42. The minimum amount of investment required by a retail investor is Rs 14,742 (42 shares) (based on the upper price). The lot size investment for small NII is 14 lots (588 shares), amounting to Rs 2,06,388, and for big NII, it is 68 lots (2,856 shares), amounting to Rs 10,02,456.<\/p>\n

Nuvama Wealth Management Ltd. is the book running lead manager and MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd is the registrar of the issue.<\/p>\n
