Nazara Technologies Bonus And Split 2025:<\/strong> The board of Nazara Technologies Limited has recommended the sub-division of equity shares and the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:1. In the board meeting, the gaming company has also fixed Friday, September 26, 2025 as the \u201crecord date” for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for the sub-division of existing equity shares and issuance of bonus equity shares of the company.<\/p>\n

The company said the sub-division of 1 (one) equity share of face value of Rs 4 each will be into 2 (two) equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each. Meanwhile, the bonus equity issue will be given in the ratio of 1:1, translating to\u00a0 1 (One) bonus equity share of face value Rs.2\/- (Rupees Two) each for every 1 (One) equity share of face value Rs. 2\/- (Rupees Two) each, fully paid up.<\/p>\n

\u201cPursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company has fixed Friday, September 26, 2025 as the \u2018Record Date\u2019 for the purpose of determining the shareholders eligible for the sub-division of existing equity shares and issuance of bonus equity shares of the Company,” the company said in the filing.<\/p>\n

Nazara Technologies Limited is backed by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath and ace investor Madhusudan Kela.<\/p>\n

Nazara Technologies Limited has a market cap of Rs 10,112 crore (as of September 17). The current stock price is Rs 1091.90 apiece.\u00a0It is a smallcap stock.<\/p>\n
