Rohit Saraf, who has long charmed audiences with his soft smile and boy-next-door charm in shows like Mismatched and films like Ishq Vishk Rebound, has surprised fans with a dramatic new avatar. The 28-year-old actor has swapped his romantic-hero aura for a chiselled, sculpted physique in his upcoming film Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari\u2014and the internet can\u2019t stop talking about it.<\/p>\n

Rohit Saraf flaunts six-pack abs in new BTS post<\/strong><\/p>\n

The buzz began when Rohit dropped a series of shirtless pictures on Instagram from the sets of his now-viral song \u201cPanwadi.” With his freshly carved six-pack abs on full display, the actor captioned the post cheekily: \u201cPanwadi BTS \ud83e\udd2f\ud83e\udd73”. The photos also captured him in colourful Holi-themed scenes alongside co-stars Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Sanjay Malhotra.<\/p>\n

It wasn\u2019t just the abs that stole attention\u2014it was the visible proof of a year-long transformation.<\/p>\n

Trainer Tejas Lalwani on Rohit\u2019s dedication<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rohit\u2019s coach, Tejas Lalwani, shared the secret behind the actor\u2019s new look. Reposting the pictures, he praised, \u201c12 months of relentless discipline. A journey etched in memory forever\u2014not just about fitness, but about growth. To show up, day after day, even on the hardest days when quitting felt easier. @rohitsaraf, you made it look effortless, but as your coach I know the grind behind it.”<\/p>\n

Lalwani went on to call Rohit not just a great trainee, but \u201can incredible human being to work with.”<\/p>\n

Inside his fitness regime<\/strong><\/p>\n

The transformation was the result of gruelling gym sessions combined with functional training. A BTS video from the shoot, shared by Filmfare, revealed Rohit working through bicep curls, lateral raises, push-ups, and high-intensity drills. His once-lean frame has been replaced with sharper definition and muscular strength, adding intensity to his dance moves and on-screen presence.<\/p>\n

Rohit opens up: \u2018It was long overdue\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reflecting on the journey, Rohit admitted that the change was more personal than professional. \u201cIt was long overdue. My journey with fitness has always been challenging. Growing up, I used to be a dancer, so my fitness came from that. I was never somebody who believed in wanting to go to the gym to stay fit,” he said in an interview with Hindustan Times while also promoting his upcoming series The Revolutionaries.<\/p>\n

He credited director Shashank Khaitan for encouraging the shift: \u201cIt wasn\u2019t a condition for the role, but he wanted to show me in a different way.”<\/p>\n

Beyond the body: discipline and confidence<\/strong><\/p>\n

What began as a physical transformation soon reshaped his lifestyle. \u201cThere was a sense of discipline that trickled down in other areas of my life as well\u2014what I was eating, my schedules, my sleep cycle, everything started falling in place because of having a regular workout routine,” Rohit explained.<\/p>\n

For him, the journey was about more than just muscle. \u201cIt\u2019s not like I changed who I am, it\u2019s just another extension of me. The kind of reception I have got has been nothing but supportive. There was some shock value because people had never seen me like that. I am happy with what this entire journey has done for me, not just physically but even emotionally and mentally. I feel a lot more confident now, which is very exciting.”<\/p>\n

With Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari set to release soon, Rohit Saraf\u2019s reinvention signals not only a new chapter in his career but also a refreshing reminder of how discipline and growth can transform an artist inside and out.<\/p>\n
