Daisy Shah, who made her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan<\/a>\u2019s Jai Ho, is known for her unique fashion sense. On Friday, the actress stole the spotlight as the showstopper for designer Manali Jagtap on Day 1 of the ongoing Global India Couture Week 2025 at Mumbai\u2019s Nesco Exhibition Centre, Goregaon.<\/p>\n

Several pictures and videos of the diva walking the ramp have been circulating on social media.<\/p>\n

Daisy Shah Turns Showstopper For Manali Jagtap<\/strong><\/p>\n

In a video shared on Instagram, Daisy Shah is seen walking the ramp with confidence. She wore an ivory sari-inspired silhouette with a modern gown touch. The outfit perfectly fused traditional Indian draping with contemporary couture aesthetics. A pallu-like drape flowed gracefully from her shoulder.<\/p>\n

Daisy Shah\u2019s Work Front<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daisy made her Bollywood debut with Jai Ho, opposite Salman Khan. Directed by Sohail Khan, the 2014 film also featured Tabu, Danny Denzongpa, Sana Khan, Aditya Pancholi and Mahesh Manjrekar.<\/p>\n

After that, she appeared in films like Race 3, Hate Story 3 and Department. Daisy has also participated in the stunt-based reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 13, hosted by Rohit Shetty.<\/p>\n

Daisy Shah On Working With Salman Khan<\/strong><\/p>\n

Speaking to Hauterrfly, Daisy Shah once shared her experience working with Salman Khan. She noted that the superstar believes women should not be treated as \u201cshowpieces” in his films.<\/p>\n

The actress said, \u201cFor him, ladki ko jitna dhakoge, utni hi zyada sundar dikhegi (a woman will look more beautiful if you cover her up).”<\/p>\n

Recalling a particular incident, Daisy added, \u201cThere was this one clothing that I was required to wear\u2026 This was supposed to be a scene from the morning when I first awoke. He considered my outfit strange, so he commanded, \u2018Cover her in a blanket.'”<\/p>\n

Daisy added, \u201cAccording to him, that nightdress was a little too short.”<\/p>\n

Daisy Shah In Bigg Boss 19<\/strong><\/p>\n

Earlier, there were reports that Daisy would participate in Salman Khan\u2019s controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 19. However, she later debunked the rumours by sharing a post on Instagram.<\/p>\n
