Jimmy Kimmel has been seen in public for the first time after news broke that ABC suspended his late-night show. The host was photographed in Los Angeles, looking relaxed, visiting his lawyer\u2019s office. Wearing a black outfit and dark sunglasses, Kimmel<\/a> looked calm and even smiled for the cameras.<\/p>\n

His outing came just a day after ABC decided to take Jimmy Kimmel Live off air indefinitely after the host commented on the death of Charlie Kirk. Kirk lost his life after being shot during an event at a Utah college on September 10.<\/p>\n

Jimmy Kimmel Steps Out After ABC Suspension<\/strong><\/p>\n

Turning Point USA\u2019s co-founder was tragically shot dead while speaking at the university and police have already arrested the accused gunman. Meanwhile, Kimmel, photographed by Backgrid, was seen meeting his lawyer, Karl Austen, after ABC decided to stop his late-night show. Austen is a well-known Hollywood attorney who has previously worked with stars like Seth MacFarlane, Jude Law, Dave Bautista and Jeffrey Wright.<\/p>\n

Why Jimmy Kimmel Live Went Off Air?<\/strong><\/p>\n

During the episode, Jimmy Kimmel said, \u201cWe hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterise this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.”<\/p>\n

Kimmel then shifted his focus to Donald Trump and spoke about the way the president reacted to the loss of his friend. He compared Trump\u2019s way of dealing with grief to a small child who loses a pet fish. To highlight his point, the show played a clip where Trump was asked how he was coping after the death. Instead of giving an emotional answer, Trump quickly switched topics and began talking about new construction work for a ballroom at the White House, which many found unusual in such a situation.<\/p>\n

Several well-known late-night hosts, like Stephen Colbert, Seth Meyers and Jimmy Fallon, have shown their support to Jimmy Kimmel during this controversy.<\/p>\n
