Euro Pratik IPO GMP Today:<\/strong> The initial public offering of Euro Pratik Sales Ltd is going to be closed today, Thursday, September 18. The price of the Rs 451.32-crore IPO is fixed at Rs 235-247 per share. Till 10:54 am on the final day of bidding on Thursday, investors put bids for 1,09,89,120 equity shares against 1,28,07,308 equity shares on offer, translating to 0.86 times subscription. The retail and NII participation stood at 0.93x and 1.42x, respectively. The QIB category was subscribed by 0.28x.<\/p>\n

The shares are scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE on September 24, 2025.<\/p>\n

Euro Pratik IPO GMP<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to market observers, unlisted shares of Euro Pratik Sales Ltd are currently trading at Rs 252 against the upper IPO price of Rs 247. It means a grey market premium or GMP of Rs 5, which is 2.02% over its issue price, indicating muted listing gains.<\/p>\n

The GMP is based on market sentiments and keeps changing. \u2018Grey market premium\u2019 indicates investors\u2019 readiness to pay more than the issue price.<\/p>\n

Euro Pratik IPO Details<\/strong><\/p>\n

Euro Pratik Sales Ltd on Monday garnered Rs 135 crore from anchor investors.<\/p>\n

The public issue is entirely an offer-for-sale of shares worth Rs 451.32 crore by promoters with no fresh issue component. The IPO will conclude on Thursday.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s shares are available for subscription in the price band of Rs 235 to Rs 247 per share.<\/p>\n

Euro Pratik has an extensive product range catering to both residential and commercial applications, which is predominantly sold under its flagship brands \u2018Euro Pratik\u2019 and Gloirio.<\/p>\n

The company operates on an asset-light model \u2013 it outsources manufacturing to contract partners across South Korea, China, and the US.<\/p>\n

Axis Capital and DAM Capital Advisors are the book-running lead managers to the issue.<\/p>\n

The company\u2019s shares will be listed on the National Stock Exchange and BSE.<\/p>\n
