Stocks To Watch On September 16:<\/strong> Markets ended a steady session marginally lower on Monday, pausing after the recent rebound. In today\u2019s trade, several stocks including Maruti Suzuki, Adani Enterprises, Vodafone Idea, NTPC Green Energy, Wipro, and others will be in focus on the back of important news developments.<\/p>\n

Maruti Suzuki<\/strong><\/p>\n

The automaker announced introductory prices for its new model Victoris<\/em>, starting at \u20b910 lakh.<\/p>\n

Vodafone Idea<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Supreme Court is likely to hear on Friday the petition filed by cash-strapped Vodafone Idea, which seeks quashing of the Department of Telecommunications\u2019 (DoT) additional demand of \u20b99,450 crore toward AGR (Adjusted Gross Revenue) dues up to FY19.<\/p>\n

Adani Enterprises<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Adani Group\u2019s flagship firm has secured a Letter of Award (LoA) from National Highways Logistics Management Ltd. to build a 12.9 km ropeway from Sonprayag to Kedarnath, reducing travel time from nine hours to just 36 minutes.<\/p>\n

NCC<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company has bagged a contract worth about \u20b92,090.5 crore from Bihar\u2019s Water Resources Department for the Barnar reservoir project in Jamui district. The project, which includes dam structures and irrigation channels, will be executed within 30 months.<\/p>\n

KRBL<\/strong><\/p>\n

The board has ordered an independent review after the resignation of independent director Anil Kumar Chaudhary, who flagged multiple corporate governance concerns.<\/p>\n

John Cockerill India<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company has received an order worth about \u20b980 crore from Tata Steel to design, engineer, manufacture, and supply Pickling and ARP plants for its Jamshedpur Tinplate Division. The scope also includes erection and commissioning supervision.<\/p>\n

Mishra Dhatu Nigam (MIDHANI)<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company announced a new order worth \u20b9136 crore, taking its open order book position to about \u20b91,983 crore as of now.<\/p>\n

Wipro<\/strong><\/p>\n

The IT major has expanded its partnership with CrowdStrike to launch CyberShield MDR<\/em>, an AI-powered managed security service aimed at boosting enterprise security operations with advanced visibility, automation, and efficiency.<\/p>\n

Concord Control Systems<\/strong><\/p>\n

Through its associate Progota India Pvt. Ltd., the company secured an order worth \u20b919.45 crore for Kavach 4.0<\/em>, marking the beginning of large-scale railway safety system implementation. It is among the few firms supplying fully developed Kavach technology to Indian Railways.<\/p>\n

NTPC Green Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company commissioned a 100 MW (Lot-6) capacity, raising its operational capacity to 400 MW out of the planned 500 MW of IRCON Renewable Power Ltd., effective September 17, 2025.<\/p>\n

Asahi India<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company opened its Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), setting a floor price of \u20b9844.79 per share, with flexibility to offer a discount of up to 5%.<\/p>\n

Transrail Lighting<\/strong><\/p>\n

The firm won fresh orders worth \u20b9421 crore, including a large transmission line project in a new African market. With this, FY26 order inflows have crossed \u20b93,500 crore, marking a 78% year-on-year growth.<\/p>\n

JSW Energy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Step-down subsidiary JSW Renew Energy Five has appealed against the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission\u2019s order rejecting tariff adoption for its 500 MW \/ 1000 MWh battery energy storage project.<\/p>\n
