Stocks To Watch On September 12:<\/strong> Markets traded in a subdued manner on Thursday, ending marginally higher as investors took a breather following the recent rally. In today\u2019s session, several stocks, including Infosys, Asian Paints, Maruti Suzuki, State Bank of India (SBI), and NBCC, will be in focus due to key developments.<\/p>\n

Infosys<\/strong> approved a Rs 18,000 crore share buyback at Rs 1,800 per share, representing 2.41 percent of its equity. The company also announced a 10-year digital alliance with HanesBrands Inc.<\/p>\n

At State Bank of India (SBI),<\/strong> the Financial Services Institutions Bureau (FSIB) has recommended Ravi Ranjan for appointment as the new managing director.<\/p>\n

Indian Overseas Bank<\/strong> reduced its marginal cost of funds-based lending rate (MCLR) by 5 basis points in select tenors, effective September 15.<\/p>\n

Canara Bank\u2019s<\/strong> subsidiary, Canara Robeco Asset Management Company, has secured SEBI\u2019s approval to file the draft red herring prospectus (RHP) for its upcoming IPO.<\/p>\n

JBM Auto\u2019s<\/strong> subsidiary JBM Ecolife received a $100 million investment from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to fund its electric bus business.<\/p>\n

RailTel<\/strong>\u00a0bagged projects worth Rs 103 crore from the Panvel and Nashik municipal corporations.<\/p>\n

Travel Food Services<\/strong> secured the contract to operate food and beverage outlets, lounges, and bar operations at Cochin Airport\u2019s Terminal 1.<\/p>\n

NLC India<\/strong> entered into an MoU with Khanij Bidesh India for collaboration on critical mineral projects overseas.<\/p>\n

Prostarm Info Systems<\/strong> received a letter of intent worth Rs 159 crore from the Maharashtra Police for IT infrastructure development.<\/p>\n

JTL Industries<\/strong> announced that its chief financial officer, Atul Garg, has resigned. Naveen Kumar Laroiya has been appointed as the new CFO.<\/p>\n
