Samsung Galaxy F17 has launched in India this week with the promise of a sleek budget Android phone that gets One UI 7 out of the box. The new Samsung device features an AMOLED display and the standard vertical triple camera system with its clean frosted finish on the panel. Samsung is extending its long OS support to more devices while it also brings more products to its no charger in the box policy. The device supports Galaxy AI features as well as Google\u2019s AI tools. It is powered by an Exynos chipset.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Samsung Galaxy F17 Price In India<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Samsung Galaxy F17 5G price in India starts at Rs 14,499 for the base 4GB + 128GB variant, going up to Rs 15,999 if you want the 6GB + 128GB model. The phone will go on sale starting next week in the country.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Samsung Galaxy F17 Specifications<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The new Samsung phone sports a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection for the screen. It is powered by Exynos 1330 chipset with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. Samsung claims the F17 is one of the thinnest in the segment at 7.5mm but weighs 192 grams. It gets IP54 rating which offers some level of protection against dust and water.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The brand is giving you the One UI 7 version out of the box and promising 6 OS upgrades along with 6 years of security updates for the device. This is probably one of the best support you can get in this price range but its cycle includes Android 16 which effectively makes it 5 upgrades.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Samsung also manages to give you support for AI features like Circle to Search and its own Galaxy AI suite with some limitations. It also lets you use services like Samsung Pay for tap and pay method and Wallet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery which is not the biggest we\u2019ve seen in the segment and it gets 25W charging speed. The adapter is missing from the box, so you only get the charging cable.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The F17 has a triple camera system that includes a 50MP wide primary sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies you get a 13MP shooter. <\/span><\/p>\n
