JoJo Siwa, singer known for hit tracks like Karma, Boomerang and Guilty Pleasure, has been dating TV actor Chris Hughes for some time now. The couple confirmed their relationship in June 2025, following their appearance on the reality show Celebrity Big Brother UK, which concluded in April 2025.<\/p>\n

In a recent interview, Siwa<\/a> opened up about her romance with Hughes and shared how he has helped her see love in a whole new light.<\/p>\n

JoJo Siwa On Her Bond With Chris Hughes<\/strong><\/p>\n

During an appearance in the recent episode of the Reign with Josh Smith podcast, Siwa said, \u201cI am happy. I\u2019ve never wanted the future so much. I\u2019ve never, ever wanted the love that I have to simply continue to grow,” as quoted by PEOPLE.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never craved a wedding,” she continued. \u201cI\u2019ve always wanted to just like go sign a piece of paper or go to Vegas because I didn\u2019t wanna have a wedding, but now I\u2019m like, No, I want a ring and I want my Dad to walk me down the aisle and I want a first dance and I want butterflies.”<\/p>\n

However, the duo has not yet confirmed their wedding plans.<\/p>\n

JoJo Siwa\u2019s Earlier Came Out As LGBTQ+<\/strong><\/p>\n

The singer officially confirmed her relationship with Hughes earlier during an interview with The Guardian. She said, \u201cIt\u2019s no longer platonic, and it\u2019s been a great evolution, a beautiful connection, and I\u2019m completely in love with him, and he is as well.”<\/p>\n

Notably, before her relationship with Hughes was confirmed, the singer came out as LGBTQ+. During the recent podcast, she admitted that her dating choices have generated significant backlash.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s difficult because it feels like my own family has changed a little. And I believe we are the LGBTQIA+ family, not the LG community, and it is a lovely rainbow, with the queer community\u2019s number one motto being love is love,” Siwa shared.<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cAnd that goes both ways. Just because I am in a heterosexual relationship, that doesn\u2019t discredit my past.”<\/p>\n

JoJo Siwa And Chris Hughes\u2019 Work Front<\/strong><\/p>\n

The singer released her latest track, Rapsy, last month, which received good responses from the audience. Chris, on the other hand, has appeared in a number of reality shows, including Love Island: Aftersun, Celebrity Hunted, Queens for the Night, and Pointless Celebrities, among others.<\/p>\n
