With the two teams set to clash in a match, veteran actor Satish Shah has called for a boycott of the upcoming match, stating that \u201che has lost respect for our team.”<\/p>\n

Taking to X (formerly known as Twitter), Shah demanded a strict boycott of the match, writing, \u201cI sincerely urge every patriotic true Indian to strictly boycott the India-Pakistan match. Just switch off the TV. I have lost respect for our team for sure.”<\/p>\n

Pakistani films and shows are already banned in India, and the social media accounts of several Pakistani celebrities have also been restricted. Recently, Diljit Dosanjh<\/a> received severe hate after his film Sardaar Ji 3 was released overseas, starring Pakistani actress Hania Aamir.<\/p>\n

An India-Pakistan cricket clash is always a high-voltage affair, but the upcoming match in Dubai carries even greater significance given the recent tensions between the two nations. This will be their first encounter since both countries nearly went to war in May 2025, before a ceasefire was brokered by international mediators.<\/p>\n
