In today\u2019s session, several stocks will remain in focus owing to fresh developments, including Infosys, Hero MotoCorp, Coal India, Hudco, Voltamp Transformers, and others.<\/p>\n

Infosys<\/strong><\/p>\n

India\u2019s second-largest IT services company will review a proposal for the buyback of its equity shares at a board meeting scheduled for September 11.<\/p>\n

Strides Pharma<\/strong><\/p>\n

Strides Pharma announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Strides Pharma Global Pte. Limited, Singapore, has entered into a strategic product development partnership with Kenox Pharmaceuticals Inc.<\/p>\n

HUDCO<\/strong><\/p>\n

The state-run company has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) in Mumbai.<\/p>\n

Godrej Consumer Products<\/strong><\/p>\n

PT Godrej Consumer Products Indonesia, a subsidiary of the company, has started building a new manufacturing facility in Kendal, Indonesia, with an investment of Rs 250 crore.<\/p>\n

The company will pass on the entire benefit of the GST rate cut to customers across its ICE portfolio, effective September 22.<\/p>\n

Brigade Enterprises<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Bengaluru-based real estate firm announced a joint development agreement for a luxury housing project in East Bengaluru.<\/p>\n

RailTel Corporation<\/strong><\/p>\n

RailTel has secured orders worth around Rs 396 crore from the Bihar Education Project Council. These include setting up ICT labs, Integrated Science and Mathematics (ISM) labs, smart classrooms, and supplying teaching materials.<\/p>\n

Hero MotoCorp<\/strong><\/p>\n

The two-wheeler major has appointed Harshavardhan Chitale as its new chief executive officer, effective January 5, 2026.<\/p>\n

Bartonics India<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company has signed an MoU with Net Zero Initiative to explore opportunities in large-scale sustainable agriculture and carbon credit generation.<\/p>\n
