Austere Systems IPO GMP:<\/strong> The initial public offering of Austere Systems Ltd is witnessing its fourth day of bidding today, Monday, September 8. The price of the Rs 15.57-crore BSE SME IPO has been fixed at Rs 55 per share. Till 11:04 am on the fourth day of bidding on Monday, the issue received a 131.54x subscription, garnering bids for 24,83,50,000 shares as against the 18,88,000 shares on offer.<\/p>\n

The retail and NII participation stood at 176.49x and 192.88x, respectively. The QIB category was subscribed by 5.69x.<\/p>\n

The IPO\u2019s grey market premium stood at 45.45%, indicating a strong listing gain for investors.<\/p>\n

The Austere Systems IPO will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, September 9.<\/p>\n

Austere Systems IPO Price And Lot Size<\/strong><\/p>\n

The price of the IPO has been fixed at Rs 55 per share.<\/p>\n

For investors, the minimum lot size for the IPO is 119. It means investors will have to apply for a minimum of 2,000 shares or in multiple thereof. So, retail investors require a minimum capital of Rs 1,10,000 to apply for the IPO.<\/p>\n

The IPO remains open for public subscription between September 3, 2025, and September 9, 2025. The share allotment will likely be finalised on September 10, while the company is expected to be listed on both BSE and NSE on September 12.<\/p>\n

The IPO bidding opened for subscription on September 3, 2025, and will close on September 9, 2025. The allotment for the Austere Systems IPO is expected to be finalised on September 10, 2025. The IPO will be list on the BSE SME with a tentative listing date fixed as September 12, 2025.<\/p>\n

Austere Systems Ltd (ASL), founded in 2013, is a software development company specialising in IT services and solutions for startups and enterprises. The company specialises in software development, SaaS, mobile apps, IT solutions, database management, training, e-commerce, ERP, AI services, process automation, digital transformation, and data\/document management.<\/p>\n

Austere Systems Ltd\u2019s revenue increased by 1% and profit after tax (PAT) dropped by 3% between the financial year ending with March 31, 2025, and March 31, 2024.<\/p>\n

GYR Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager and Kfin Technologies Ltd is the registrar of the issue. The market makers of the company are SKI Capital Services Ltd and Wiinance Financial Services Pvt Ltd.<\/p>\n
