Light, flavourful, and full of crunch, they\u2019re ideal for guilt-free festive indulgence.<\/p>\n<h4>Macadamia Modak<\/h4>\n<div class=\"article_embeddedimg\">\n<div class=\"inner\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.news18.com\/ibnlive\/uploads\/2025\/09\/1-2025-09-b277c0890e677f46a44b558a98df37a8.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"1\" class=\"story_para_1\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"2\" class=\"story_para_2\">\u2022 1 cup macadamia nuts<\/p>\n<p id=\"3\" class=\"story_para_3\">\u2022 1 cup grated coconut (fresh or desiccated)<\/p>\n<p id=\"4\" class=\"story_para_4\">\u2022 1 cup jaggery (grated or powdered)<\/p>\n<p id=\"5\" class=\"story_para_5\">\u2022 2\u20133 cardamom pods (powdered)<\/p>\n<p id=\"6\" class=\"story_para_6\">\u2022 1 tsp ghee<\/p>\n<p id=\"7\" class=\"story_para_7\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"8\" class=\"story_para_8\">1. Heat a pan, add grated coconut, and lightly roast for 2\u20133 minutes.<\/p>\n<p id=\"9\" class=\"story_para_9\">2. Add jaggery and cook until it melts and combines with the coconut.<\/p>\n<p id=\"10\" class=\"story_para_10\">3. Mix in cardamom powder and stir well.<\/p>\n<p id=\"11\" class=\"story_para_11\">4. Roughly chop macadamias and fold them into the coconut-jaggery mixture.<\/p>\n<p id=\"12\" class=\"story_para_12\">5. Grease palms or modak mould with a little ghee.<\/p>\n<p id=\"13\" class=\"story_para_13\">6. While mixture is still warm, shape into small modaks.<\/p>\n<p id=\"14\" class=\"story_para_14\">7. Allow modaks to cool and firm up before serving.<\/p>\n<h4>Macadamia Energy Laddoos<\/h4>\n<div class=\"article_embeddedimg\">\n<div class=\"inner\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/images.news18.com\/ibnlive\/uploads\/2025\/09\/2-2025-09-cd0808a4977b230c5b1208f150912311.jpg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p id=\"15\" class=\"story_para_15\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"16\" class=\"story_para_16\">\u2022 Macadamia \u2013 70 gm<\/p>\n<p id=\"17\" class=\"story_para_17\">\u2022 Macadamia (toasted)=30gm<\/p>\n<p id=\"18\" class=\"story_para_18\">\u2022 Dates \u2013 100 gm<\/p>\n<p id=\"19\" class=\"story_para_19\">\u2022 Cranberry- 20 gm<\/p>\n<p id=\"20\" class=\"story_para_20\">\u2022 Sea salt<\/p>\n<p id=\"21\" class=\"story_para_21\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"22\" class=\"story_para_22\">1. Toast some of the macadamia nuts and chop them roughly.<\/p>\n<p id=\"23\" class=\"story_para_23\">2. Sprinkle a little sea- salt, mix and keep aside.<\/p>\n<p id=\"24\" class=\"story_para_24\">3. Now add the rest of the ingredients to a mixer grinder jar and grind to a soft paste.<\/p>\n<p id=\"25\" class=\"story_para_25\">4. Take it out into a bowl or plate. Mix in the prepared crunchy macadamia to it and shape small portions into laddoos.<\/p>\n<p id=\"26\" class=\"story_para_26\">5.
