She managed to shed 15-16 kg over a span of just 10 months \u2013 a transformation that left everyone surprised. Since then, she has continued a healthier lifestyle to stay fit. Earlier, in an episode of the Bharti TV podcast, she reflected on her weight loss journey, revealing that she reduced her weight from 91 kg to 76 kg.<\/p>\n<p id=\"6\" class=\"story_para_6\">\u201cI am also surprised that I have lost so much weight. But I am happy that I am feeling healthy and fit now. I do not get breathless now and feel lightheaded. My diabetes and asthma are also under control,&#8221; said Bharti.<\/p>\n<p id=\"7\" class=\"story_para_7\">Bharti credited her weight loss to intermittent fasting, as she also mentioned following a 16:8 fasting schedule.<\/p>\n<p id=\"8\" class=\"story_para_8\">She added, \u201cI don\u2019t eat anything from 7 pm to 12 noon. I eat after 12 pm.
