Three senior leaders of the BJP<\/span>\u2014<\/span>party national president JP Nadda, national general secretary (organisation) BL Santhosh, and national joint general secretary (organisation) Shiv Prakash<\/span>\u2014<\/span>are likely to attend the three-day Akhil Bhartiya <\/span>Samanvaya<\/span> Baithak<\/span> (All India Coordination Meeting) of the <\/span>Rashtriya<\/span><\/a> Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) starting from Friday, News 18 has learnt.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting will be held from September 5 to September 7 in Rajasthan\u2019s Jodhpur. The coordination meeting is an annual event for the RSS in which senior functionaries and representatives from all 32 Sangh affiliates, other inspired organisations, and parallel women\u2019s organisations meet and discuss contemporary social-cultural-political issues, and it is also seen as a stock-taking event for all RSS programmes and schemes running across the country.<\/span><\/p>\n

Addressing the media in Jodhpur on Thursday, Sunil Ambekar, Akhil Bhartiya Prachar Pramukh (national spokesperson) of the RSS, said that 320 delegates, including 249 office-bearers from different organisations, will take part in the meeting.<\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting will be chaired by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, while the organisation\u2019s general secretary Dattatreya Hosabale, along with joint general secretaries including Krishna Gopal, CR Mukund, Arun Kumar, Ramdutt Chakradhar, Atul Limaye, and Alok Kumar, are among other senior functionaries who will remain present.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cDuring the meeting, all organisations will present their annual reports highlighting the work carried out, experiences, and achievements. Notable participants include the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, Bharatiya Kisan Sangh, Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, Vidya Bharati, and SAKSHAM, which works for the differently abled. Discussions will also cover the social and economic situation in different parts of the country, especially in Punjab, Bengal, Assam, and the tribal areas of the Northeast,” said <\/span>Ambekar<\/span>. \u201cIn addition, key themes such as the Five Transformations (<\/span>Panch<\/span> Parivartan), including harmony, family awakening, environment-friendly living, self-reliant structures, and the fulfilment of citizens\u2019 duties, will be deliberated upon.”<\/span><\/p>\n

Ambekar<\/span>\u00a0further stated that the meeting will review the work done by various organisations regarding the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and deliberate over the future path for giving the education sector a positive direction. Efforts to connect tribal communities with the mainstream, along with the positive social changes taking place, will also be assessed, he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Preparations for the centenary year of the Sangh (2025-26) will also be discussed. From October 2, 2025, on Vijayadashami Day in Nagpur, the RSS chief will initiate the inauguration of the centenary programmes. From that day onwards, <\/span>swayamsevaks<\/span>\u00a0across the country will celebrate Vijayadashami at the <\/span>mandal<\/span>, village, and <\/span>basti<\/span>\u00a0levels. The Sangh will organise several Hindu conferences, home contact drives, harmony meetings, intellectual gatherings of prominent citizens, and youth programmes across states during the centenary year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ambekar<\/span>, however, clarified that the coordination meeting is not meant for passing resolutions but rather serves as a platform for dialogue, coordination, and inspiration among organisations. Based on the ideas and experiences shared here, each organisation will independently decide its future course of action.<\/span><\/p>\n
