From silken pastas to inventive desserts, diners could see firsthand how authentic Italian flavours are balanced with modern creativity, creating an immersive experience that went far beyond ordinary dining.<\/p>\n<p id=\"2\" class=\"story_para_2\"><strong>For those eager to bring some of that Italian flair into their own kitchens, here are a few of Chef Valerio\u2019s signature recipes simplified for home cooking.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"3\" class=\"story_para_3\"><strong>Coppa al Limone<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"4\" class=\"story_para_4\"><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"5\" class=\"story_para_5\"><strong>For the crumble:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"listOncontentArticleUL\">\n<li>470 g butter<\/li>\n<li>690 g cake flour<\/li>\n<li>350 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 g salt<\/li>\n<li>Zest of 3 lemons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"7\" class=\"story_para_7\"><strong>For the lemon foam:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"listOncontentArticleUL\">\n<li>500 g fresh cream (35%)<\/li>\n<li>80 g sugar<\/li>\n<li>30 g lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>Peels of 3 lemons (white pith removed)<\/li>\n<li>1 g salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p id=\"9\" class=\"story_para_9\"><strong>For garnish: lemon segments, mint leaves<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"10\" class=\"story_para_10\"><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"11\" class=\"story_para_11\">1. Mix butter, flour, sugar, salt, and lemon zest until crumbly. Bake at 180\u00b0C for 12 minutes or until golden.<\/p>\n<p id=\"12\" class=\"story_para_12\">2. Heat cream with lemon peels and sugar until dissolved. Cover and infuse for 30 minutes, then strain. Blend cherry tomatoes, bread, olive oil, salt, and basil to make a smooth panzanella emulsion.<\/p>\n<p id=\"19\" class=\"story_para_19\">2.
