Inspector Zende, based on Madhukar B Zende’s memoir Mumbai’s Most Wanted, starring Manoj Bajpayee and Jim Sarbh is all set to premiere on Netflix on September 5. In an exclusive chat with CNN-News18 Showsha’s Titas Chowdhury, the actors along with director Chinmay Mandlekar discuss giving the film a comical twist and the ‘litigation issues’ behind changing Charles Shobraj’s name in the story. Jim reveals that Kalki Koechlin turned his French tutor for the film and that he had a fanboy moment working with Manoj.
